My band is putting out a 5 song demo and due to lack of funds we're doing it ourselves in the basement. Guitars are a little darker than I hoped but it was semi-rushed. Vocals are going to be recorded today so the track is just instrumental right now. Let me know what you guys think.

It should play when the music player pops up.

The drums could use a better mic setup. This way it sounds just like a .. garage recording :) The guitars, even if a little dark, have a crushing tone. Good job!

awesome tone man were you using a od pedal in front of the amp or straight through the amp

I always have a Maxon od 808 running in front of the amp. the finished demo will be up by next week. The last thing to record are gang vocals which will be done this sat. so by next week it will be done

Well even though the guitar tones are a bit dark and drowned out, here are the final sounds from our 2009 demo recorded in our basement. Trust me I've listened to these tracks a million times and now we have a full studio at our disposal so the next time our guitar tracks will be INSANE!!! All guitars are thru a 2CH Dual Rectifier. Let me know what you think, cuz next time will be way better!!
