Hey guys, I have a 2 channel triple rec and when running the fx loop I don't like the tone of the amp as well, I just feel like i'm loosing some guts of the amp. But my delay and reverb pedal sounds like crap through the front of the amp so obviously time based fx sound better in loops so I have to run it. I was wondering if I could get some help. Also even when I don't run the loop, I feel that my rec doesn't have a huge roaring growel that it should have when i palm mute and what not. It's kind of like i;m hearing a tick, tick thing going on when I palm mute instead of a full out chunk, chunk! I run Diodes, bold and my settings are... Master: around 4. Prescence: 3 or 4. Bass: 6 or 7. Treble: 6 or 7. Mid: 3 or 4. Gain: 6 to 8.
