Hi there,

My question is very simple:
I have 2:50 & Recording Preamp. Because of the fact that this is my first rig lik this I'd like to know from you guy how I should connect this two pieces together (+ to a cab).
I put a pic made from behinde. Maybe someone could just draw some lines on this photo (lines imitating cables) and put it in here once more (or send it to me: [email protected]). I would REALLY appreciate.

THX in advance

FX LOOP (only if you've got stereo effects):
connect a shielded cable from SEND to the input of your stereo effects unit. Then connect two more shielded cables from your effects unit stereo outs to the two RETURN input jacks.

TO THE POWERAMP:
connect two shielded cables from the two "LIVE" outs to INPUT A and INPUT B of your poweramp. Then connect two UNshielded power cables from "SPEAKERS" outs to the input of your Marshall cab. The way you drew your cabinet makes me supposed it's a 2x12", right? I took a look at the marshall site and it seems to me that all 2x12" cabinets have got a 16ohm impedance if run in stereo (so it is 16 ohm per speaker)... If you connect the power cables to your 8 ohm input jacks of your "SPEAKERS" section (from 8ohm output of channel A to one of the inputs of your cab and from 8ohm output of channel B to the other input of your cab) you will do a safe mismatch because the speaker impedance is higher than the one required by the poweramp, but it should not be the best way to go since i think the amp will be suffering a bit. Maybe someone else could help you better regarding to speaker connections...
