my main fuse just blew on my 2:100.
I think i have a bad tube.It was sounding a little dirty the last 2 days.
Problem is its sunday, and there is no store open today. And monday is
a holiday.
Any one knows which tubes i can pull on a 2:100 to run half power?
If i can re move a few tubes, then i would have something to work with.
I saw a post on this awhile ago. Can't seem to find it.
Any help would be great.

First off, removing tubes won't fix the main fuse ( I just wanted to point that out incase you were thinking otherwise).

As far as which tubes you need to pull............well you don't know what tube or tubes caused your amp to blow the main fuse. If I were you I would just wait it out and go get the amp looked at on tuesday before something else gets damaged. You might have also done some damage to the circuitry and would probably be worth a few bucks for a tech to do a once over on the amp to give it a clean bill of health.

I believe this is it. the red and blue signifies matched pairs.

yesterday I removed the blue tubes from B and the red tubes from A and it worked and I didn't encounter any problems... I'm no expert on this I just know that all the tubes on each side are for each channel. I wish someone else would chime in.

I am being logical sorry for ruining your day, but if I had the information I would gladly share it. I don't have it because I don't own or have never used a 2:100. Maybe YOU or the OP should call Mesa and post it up.
