I received the switch on Saturday. It's a solid and well made - worth the wait. My advice after all this: Expect delays in shipping, expect little communication, but the switch will arrive eventually (3 + weeks) - knowing this should relieve some of the frustration. And you will be pleased...

USPS says it has left PORTLAND yesterday (3rd). I am hopeful this is good news.

I received a tracking number but it says that it is not confirmation that it has actually been shipped. Sometimes it says that because I didn't request a tracking number. I will give him the benefit of the doubt and hopefully get it by the end of the week. Bloodspoint - did yours arrive yet?

I opened up a dispute with Paypal - but I feel like that might be as useful as a chocolate teapot. I didn't have his address (physical) on my receipt. again - frustrating! I guess I'll just have to be patient.

There are a few James Britt's that come up in Portland OR through White Pages. Is that the right Portland? We must be able to get a number in this day and age....it's easy enough for telemarketers to find me whilst i'm eating my dinner - on my cell phone - and I never give that number out!
