Sounds like maybe your settings or a preamp tube. Post your settings and/or test your preamp tubes.

Mine doesn't pop when the wattages are set the same. I can hear the relays switch but no popping.

Yeah that's in 90 watt mode. I have two quads of winged c's from two different well respected online tube stores and they both are running that hot. Both were ordered to run in a Mesa and fall in their bias range.

I'm using a 4 adapter bias rite so those readings are per tube. I just put the highest inner and highest outer reading in my first post.

I bought some Winged C EL34's for my Mark V head and ordered them in "Mesa spec". Just to be safe I used my bias rite and measured around 434 plate voltage and the tubes are running at about 67 ma in the middle and 462 plate voltage and 51 ma on the outer tubes. Is this a safe range and is...
