just changed tubes today the bakbak sound from CH-1 clean is gone but when I switch to ch.1 dirty, still have some un-stable noise. pls help a bit if anyone had experience

Quad is a good preamp. but sadly, it sound weird these days on Ch-1 when I dont play (even didn't plug), it will have some "bakbka..dee.deee" sound come. like some bad-contact on our cable...When Ch-2 is dead silent. the weird sound at both channel of CH-1. (clean and dirty) Is it time to...
