    Footswitch / FX loop on Single Recto

    Cool - many thank-you's to you folks. That A/B switch sounds like the best plan - actually, if you think about it - that could open up a whole lot of options. You could use additional switches, and have a different signal on each. Sweet! I've been playing for 15 years & I never thought of that!

    Another Single Recto subject . . . Is the FX loop footswitchable on the Single? I read a review that said the the footswitch was a little bit minimalist (chan & boost) - but can you use uther Mesa footswitches to utilise this feature? Cheers all!

    That sounds a bit scary! Buying something for 3+ grand (UK), and then having to get bits replaced!! Heavy!

    Yep - I didn't really want to go down the combo route again. I like Marshall 2/4 x 12s, so the combo thing might be a bt limiting. Would probably sound awesome for recording purposes though.

    Cool - any & all information is totally welcome, so many thanks folks. So the Rect-O-Verb basically a single rectifier with a spring 'verb. Lots more weight there too, which isn't such a problem - usually. They get nice reviews though. I'm thinking that the Single might just be the way to go...
