I know a lot of people SWEAR by the mxr 10 band eq. I was wondering if anyone had tried that pedal vs a rackmount eq. I'd like to keep all my effects and such in the rack I have and was just curious if the mxr had some mystical tone harnessing capabilities.

Just curious... Anyone actually just say screw it, dime everything on the amp and blast a power chord ala marty mcfly? reason being i personally never have turned the volumes past noon or so. I have a 2 ch DR that is plenty loud at 9 o'clock and at shows the most it's turned up is at 11 o'clock
