Had a look at his website http://www.johnpetrucci.com/gear.htm Detailed listing of his live rig, looks very cool. There is pics of his settings as well for the Mark IV's and the lonestar. Pity it doesnt show much of his effect settings and so on. If you look at mesa boogies website as well...

hi there, well i was struggling to think of a name and i am pretty self critical of my playing. i always look at the negative side of my playing at gigs like if i make one mistake!! Its a very bad trait i have so i call myself lame! I suppose in a good way it means i wont get a big ego :lol...
