    Tonex as an OD pedal

OK, brief intro. IMO Tonex leaves you with jaws open when you start loading all those AMAZING amp rigs you download from tone.net You don't see it coming, you can't expect THAT sound for, what? 300-400 euros/dollars? Or half that for Tonex One? Or as a plugin? OMG The feel and touch of the...

    Multiple amps / cabs Switch

yeah, the tino is a cheap solution, but restrictive, I need at least 4 amps and, ideally, at least 2 cabs. And the effects loop is also a must. Why have your effects on one of the amps only? Space is a different issue, we'll solve it in some other thread :p Besides, so many things you can throw...

    Multiple amps / cabs Switch

I think they have a windows app for midi programmability. Yes, the attenuator loop is cool. The ACS, on the other hand, has effects support. You need to buy it separately with the n-audio :/ True, but "from amplifier output" and "to amplifier input" is less prone to error I guess. In any...

    Multiple amps / cabs Switch

So, I'm using for years one of those true bypass sdpt pedals. Dirt cheap, works fine, can't complain. But needs caution when switching amp (I use a single guitar cable, to remind me, each time I switch it to the other amp, to switch the pedal too) But, switching cables is not effective, only one...

    Effects loop volume

Well that's embarrassing... I swapped in and out the v6 tube, only to realize, in the process, the problem was a cable... I know, should have tested cables first, but the **** @@@@ was working fine for years in the loop of a vht and decided to fail when it got pulled to serve the v90. It's...

Free I think I got scammed

Well, they need the right amount so it worths the effort and, at the same time, be of low risk for the buyer, so he bites it. $350-$400 sounds about right, doesn't it? Everyone would ask for extra coverage for a couple of grand

    Effects loop volume

So, people have issues and others don't. Weird. Maybe they changed the loop somewhere along the line? Mine is a 2009 which has the issue.

    Effects loop volume

Interesting, thanks But wouldn't it make a difference with just the jumper cable too? I'll try a new tube though, why not

    Effects loop volume

Little experience on the amp yet, but the level matching between channels, fx and master has a meaning on its own. Having to mess with them just so that a delay works OK is a pity

    Mark V35 issue

I would blame tubes first, how do you know they're all good? Tested them one by one?

    Effects loop volume

So, everything I hook in the loop of the V90 makes a big volume drop. I have a couple multi effects units available atm. When I jump send to return with a cable no issues, no volume loss, perfect, so I suppose no issue in the amp's circuitry or tube. Any effect I put (w volume maxed) drops...

    You're so lucky

... to have me here at last :p Hey, I'm a middle aged dude from Greece, bedroom player for the last 30 years. Tons of gear through the years, recently acquired a 2009 V:90 head, which I'm loving every day more and more Had a Nomad 55 in the past too. Tons of material to read in here, so happy...
