You definitely want to check out the Keeley Electronics Compressor pedal. I know several people that use them and swear by them. Check out Harmony Central reviews too. All their stuff is very well done.

I put an EVM-12L in my LSC and it is beautiful!!! Totally opened up the amp. Expensive but very well worth it. I also have gone to Yellowjackets with EL84 in the outer slots for ch2 and they are awesome too. I am about to try the reeder mod but for now I use a Jekyll & Hyde pedal from Visual sound.

Yes I have put an EVM12L classic in my LSC and LOVE IT!! Was a very snug fit against the reverb tank. Again it sounds AMAZING! Like I took a blanket off the front of my LSC. Very tight bass response and my cleans are heaven. It is well worth the investment. Read my earlier posts on this

I must chime in, I just installed an ElectroVoice EVM 12-L Classic in my LSC and it is amazing. You might try the same speaker only in the Black Label (Zakk Wylde) version. A little pricey but very very worth the investment
