I just got a Royal Atlantic head today. Love it, but I am getting a fair amount of hiss/static at all times regardless of channel, mode, reverb, volume etc. it isn't a steady white noise, but more like waves and crackling. Volume pedal in the loop wont quiet it eiether. Maybe a tube? Any thoughts?

I've had it for a while now. I keep her with a Recto 412 cab at home. But when I play out, I use a Marshall 1960 412 can with Celestion T75's in it. I really like the way this cab sounds, and its much easier to haul around than the beefy Recto cab. So, the Recto cab stays home and only gigs...
