Sold / Withdrawn Mini Rectifier 25 Head

Been a long time since I’ve posted here! Up for grabs is my Mini Rec 25 head. Excellent condition, never gigged, smoke free home, and comes with gig bag, slip cover, and foot switch. New power tubes with low hours. Swapped the red LED for blue. I dont think I have the red ones any longer. Asking...

Fractal Audio FX8 - anyone else using one?

Sorry for the delay responding. No issues with connections at all. I'm using 7CM since I'm running in stereo. How's it sounding so far?

Fractal Audio FX8 - anyone else using one?

I've been GASing for this unit since it was announced a few years ago, but the cost was too prohibitive for me to justify. They recently blew out their B-stock for $999, and I couldn't resist any longer. I sold my TC pedalboard to fund it, and almost broke even. This thing rocks! It can do...

    SOLD

    - TC Electronic Nova Drive (w/ adapter) - SOLD THE most underrated drive pedal of all time, if you ask me. I'll hate to see this one go. They are hard to find these days since being discontinued. Analog pedal, digital presets, both OD and DIST, and MIDI controllable.

WTT: 8ohm Mesa V30 for Mesa Fillmore 75

I am looking to trade the stock V30 in my mini Recto 1x12 for a Fillmore 75. The V30 is well broken-in by this point. Let me know if interested. Thanks!

    11rack still good?

I agree that it is a nice change of pace, and I can sympathize with the appeal of the unit. I went all in for an 11rack rig a couple years ago, but the feel bothered me more and more over time. It can sound pretty great with some tweaking, but you just can't fake that tube feel/interaction. I...

Mesa mark iv. What cab for home playing ?

The Mark IV is a loud amp by nature. It has a very sensitive master volume that goes from whisper at 1.2 to band practice volume at 1.5, haha. Your best bet to smooth out the taper is either a volume pedal in the loop (cheap) or an attenuation device (more expensive). Greenbacks could be a...

Multi Effects or Recommended Pedals into loop of Mark V 35

I've been very happy with my Nova System. You can buy them for like $269 new these days. You really can't beat that price on these things. It works great in front or in the loop. It is in the loop right now with a Nova Distortion in front. I also have a Nova Delay I run in the loop after...

    Reverb.com IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

Man, this is a horrible story to read! The buyer definitely worked the loopholes in the system and I completely put the blame on him for the reason you got screwed by FedEx. Not sure why Reverb.com decided to issue a refund on your behalf. That doesn't seem right at all. I have only ever...

Need to build a snake for a pedal board

I also went the Pedal Python route. I used to just use velcro cable ties every 4 or 5 inches, but this takes it a step further. Conveniently enough, the first step for installing the Python is velcro ties every 4 inches, haha. Great product!

Flashback delay in Mark V 25 FX Loop

No question it should sound better in the loop. I'm using my Nova System in the loop and no issues as well. Good quality cables?

Mark V:35 Say WHAT?!?! Short Head and 1x12 combo

I've had mine for about a year and it IS my only amp. I can't afford or justify anything more, nor do I need anything more! I've been more than content with it since day one. They really did a great job with the mini Mark, and it is plenty of power/headroom for my modest needs. I have owned...

Dave, that is a sweet looking rig! Congrats on the matching cab.

Mark V:35 Say WHAT?!?! Short Head and 1x12 combo

Be that as it may, I still think the 25 is a sweet piece of gear, and its record sales are proof of that. I don't blame them for taking the complaints that prevented some from buying the 25 and then turning right around to make a bigger brother. They know they have struck gold with the mini...

Mark V:35 Say WHAT?!?! Short Head and 1x12 combo

I'm happy as a lark with my V:25 still even with the announcement of this new amp. I can't justify any more of an amp for my situation anyway so it works out well for me. I WILL say though... why two solo boost modes? I would have rather seen FX loop on/off button instead of another solo boost...

Classic Santana Tone on a MK V 25?

Likewise, George! I try not to be a stranger on here. It is really the only board I frequent these days...

    Mark III/Mark V/Mark V:25

What the what?? That's a retarded price! Assuming it is in working order you could easily flip it and make a few hundred bucks after you give it a go. To me, the IV was too temperamental, and the volume was hard to control. The V:25 is much friendlier is pretty much every regard. It is...
