Mark V 35 combo to head

Thing is, i already have a 2x12 recto cab. Marceau trying to eliminate a little bit of the size and weight going into my car. I've played with the combo amp through my 2x12 at gigs already but if it could be a little more Compact and a lot less later that would be nice

Mark V 35 combo to head

I'd like to convert my Mark V 35 combo to a head as I now prefer it better through a 2x12. Can I just buy a Mark V 35 head shell, or do I need to have one of these specially made? If so, does anybody and hear make them? Thanks in advance

    Wonky solo output?

Heres a question for single rec experts. I have a series 1. Solo output actually increases overall volume up to almost quarter turn (9'oclock) even when feature not engaged. Obviously can also lower it back down to 6' oclock. Any reason for this? Wonky pot? Amp works completely fine otherwise...

Rectoverb 25 vs its big brother

Thanks for the response! Bedroom volumes are not important to me that much as much as what itll do on stage. I have heard great things about the clean channel from reviews and what not. What are your opinions of modern mode on the ROV25? Similiar to the big guys in terms of voicing, or no?

Rectoverb 25 vs its big brother

For those guys with rectifier experience---- All punchy bass frequencys aside, does the ROV25's vintage and modern channels compare with its bigger, 50 &100 watt brothers? Obviously EL84s are a much different tube, but my understanding, is Mesa made it work, and with an extention cab, these...

Problems with your Mark V...it's you.

Hahaha couldn't help but chuckle to myself as I read this thread. Exact same thing happened to me! I was getting some recognition playing live, my shred skills where seemingly on par, and I was feeling pretty good about myself---and then I bought the mark 5. Best amp I've ever owned, but it will...

Carbon copy delay in fx loop of mark v:35

I didn't want to buy an extra set of cables until I was sure the pedal was going to work correctly through the effects Loop. I've just been using a 9-volt battery and patch cables to plug it in. I'm guessing this could be the issue then! You can't see me but I'm doing a massive facepalm right...

Carbon copy delay in fx loop of mark v:35

The delay works great on a clean setting in both the front or fx loop. It just becomes sort of lost in the fx loop with any kind of gain real gain. Ill look into some different pedals. Thanks for the input guys!

Carbon copy delay in fx loop of mark v:35

So im trying to use my carbon copy delay in the fx loop of my mark v 35 because it absolutely blows in front. When i do its usuable but way less pronounced no matter how much i turn the dials up. Is there anything i can do? Any delays that work better with these amps? Thanks in advance
