Yes, replace them all. It is like having tires on your car with all of the tread worn off. Replacing just one doesn't make any sense.

That is the new version of the early MKI logo. "Boogie" in white with a gray shadow underneath. The mid-70's MKI had these but without the circled R "registered" mark. The new versions like on this cabinet have the circled R.

That's a beautiful cabinet. Is it original to the amp? It should be dated on the inside of the back panel.

I don't have wheels on any of mine. I don't think any were equipped that way from the factory. They are so light / compact I can't imagine needing wheels.

It won't pass for an original cabinet as they are dated on the inside of the back panel. You may get a bit more for it than in a tolex cabinet but will probably end up losing money on the deal if you have to buy a hardwood cabinet. I personally would rather have the original cabinet.
