    I've got one 2:fifty bought from USA; i've take a step down transformer 500 W (the power consum of the 2:fifty is about 320 W), so i thinkyou need one at minimum rating 600-800 W... The cost to modified my amp was about 300 Euro (200 for the trasformer + 100 for work)... bie!
