    New grill fabric

I'd like to change the grill cloth on my 5:50Ex+. I've read up on it some but I hoped someone here would have some advice about removing the grill and replacing it. I'll even build a new frame and stretch new fabric to preserve the original. Thanks

    Weight comparisons

The Mark IV Combo weighs about 70 -85 lb's it seems, and the Mark V is listed at 65lb, the 5:50 Express Plus weighs 54lb. These seem like really similar amps in size so: 1. What makes the Mark IV so heavy? 2. What changed and why are the Mark V and 5:50 Plus lighter? thnx

    Full Tone, no bass cut

One of the main things I love about Mesa amps is that they have plenty of low end when driven. I'm learning a lot about Mesa here so I thought I'd ask you guys why. What part of Mesa circuitry provides such a full Lead/driven tone where other amps cut bass from Lead and Drive channels? thnx

    3 Boogie lineup

This is my first post and soon I will own a Boogie. I play moody, harmonic, finger picking, gritty, alt blues music. I have my sights on these three amps near me. Please share your ideas. Thanks - 5:50 Express Head, used ($) I love it, if I add an eq pedal through the FX loop can it get...
