    Whats my Lonestar worth now?

Similar question. I'm thinking of selling my Blue Pig. 2005 Lonestar 1x12 combo in Canada. Trying to get an idea what they're worth now.

    Reverb issue

The reverb went out on mine a few weeks ago. It was just one of the 12AX7 preamp tubes. It's the one closest to the transformer and the power tubes (V4) If you don't have the manual, you can download it here: https://mesa-boogie.imgix.net/media/User%20Manuals/Lonestar.pdf The tube task chart...

    Which attenuators?

With a master volume on both channels and a global master volume (output) I'm wondering why you would need an attenuator to play at home at reasonable volumes. I play my Lone Star Classic in my condo with both channels set to 100 watts and it sounds great at any volume.

LSS Reverb seems not so great - What don't I know?

When you say "cranked" do you mean turned all the way up? I've never run my reverb that way. Mine's set between 11:00 and 1:00 usually.

LSS Reverb seems not so great - What don't I know?

Interesting. I have a 2005 Lone Star (Classic) version 1 that I purchased used a few years ago and to my ears it has the best onboard reverb I've ever heard.

    Volume between channels

I've got a 2005 Lonestar version 1, (blue pig). I've had it since 2015 and have pretty much always had the drive engaged on channel two. I was just doing some experimenting with taking the drive out of the circuit. I set up both channels identical with gain full on both. According to the...

    Which LoneStar?

    Score or what?

Yes you did score big time. Even a better deal than the blue 2005 LSC 1x12 I got for $650. I've never done any mods to mine and I'm satisfied with it. I run both channels at 100 watts and it sounds great at any volume. I don't find a need for an attenuator. Each channel has its own master...

I tried to report an obvious spam post a couple days ago and it said it was already reported. The post is still there.

    Hello?

From all the info I can gather the Lonestar actually IS heavier than a Twin (non JBL). From what I find online, the BF and SF Twins were 69 lbs, the Reissues are 64 lbs. Mesa lists the weights of the LS 1x12 as 72 lbs and the 2x12 as 79 lbs. What I find even more cumbersome with my LSC 1x12 is...

NAD - Lone Star Classic 410 Combo

    That's interesting. I didn't realize that.

NAD - Lone Star Classic 410 Combo

I would bet it had four Black Shadows originally and the previous owner replaced two with the Jensens. I wonder if the Black Shadows are the same as the 10" in my Subway Blues. It's an Eminence, built for Mesa. In talking to Eminence they said it is very close in spec to their Ramrod model...

NAD - Lone Star Classic 410 Combo

I've never seen a 4x10 version. What speakers does it come with?

NAD - Lone Star Classic 410 Combo

I'll bet that sounds great. I hope it has wheels. My Lonestar 1x12 is heavy enough.

Fender guy here, went with a LSC to pair with my DRRI

I've been running both channels at 100w and it sounds great at any volume. Fantastic reverb controllable on each channel and 2 voices.

Fender guy here, went with a LSC to pair with my DRRI

You got a good deal--Even if you only use it for the clean channel, which to me is one of the best out there. If you didn't get the user manual, I would download one here: http://mesaboogie.com/media/User%20Manuals/Lonestar.pdf The manual is useful for the interactive tone controls and has many...

    Help on LSS/LSC clean tone

Have you read the manual? I find the sample settings very useful. If you don't have a manual you can download one here: http://mesaboogie.com/media/User%20Manuals/LS_Special.pdf Try the sample settings for "sparkling clean" on page 4 as a starting point. I have a Lonestar Classic with 6l6's...

2006 Lonestar -- fan running causes a buzz in the speakers

I'm sorry that I cannot help you and there does not seem to be much action on this forum. If I were you I'd call Mesa customer service. They have been very helpful in the past. http://mesaboogie.com/support/contact-us.html

    LoneStar Classic Settings

Did you buy it new? If so it should have a user manual. If you don't have one you can download one here http://mesaboogie.com/media/User%20Manuals/LoneStar-10w.pdf The Mesa user manuals are extremely helpful and always include very useful sample settings that at the very least provide a good...
