I've used one with my Lonestar and they sound nice. But out of all the pedals I've used the Vintage Proco Rat(mine are both from 85-86) provides me the thickest tone and gets me the closest to Timmons territory. I actually run two.....one with drive at 10:00....one with drive at 1:00.
