I have been using the Tweed mode with the Bold engaged at 90 watts and no Graphic EQ. IMO it has a snappy feel to it and is very dynamic. Very reactive to pick velocity and guitar volume. Also if you shove a distortion pedal or overdrive down it's throat it works pretty well.
