    mesa transatlantic ta-30 2 12 combo review

Great, solid amp. over all it is tuned with the trademark boogie in your face mids. Not very impressive sound by itself or at low volumes, but come on people get out of your bedrooms, find a band and crank that amp! Channel one, lots of head room in the normal stetting with a cross between a...

    Tubes for TA-15

Get you about 6 different 12AX7 tubes as well as a few lower gain tubes(ECC832, 5751) in different brands and swap out the tube in the V1 position. that is the position that makes the most difference tone wise. I love JJ's in every amp I own but that's me not you. Best thing is not to take...

    Ta-15 channel 2modes??

I own a ta-30 and Ch.1 is all vox style, the top boost mode is as close as I seen to an ac-30 that I have ever played. Ch.2 tweed mode is a fair interpretation of a fender tweed deluxe, hi1 is the JTM45 (plexi), and hi2 is classic boogie(original mark series). It's all that while still remaining...

    transatlantic or stiletto combo

Thoughts, comments. trying to choose between the two. they seem fairly comparable. the transatlantic with a few more setting options and lower watt settings, stiletto simpler little more power. Im I thinking right?
