Mark V Crunch tones on Roadster? Fat mode the same on both?

Hi, I hope I am not double posting, I posted and then couldn't find what I wrote on the boards. I'll make this one shorter. My amp is damaged and needs repairs. I just joined a new band and I have some gigs coming up, thinking of finally pulling the trigger and replacing my F100, which I...

F series distortion tones on lunchbox head Rectoverb or Mark

Hey guys, I post here occasionally and have always received great advice, so thank you in advance! Last time I posted I bought a 395 and Triaxis for a bargain and ended up selling the triaxis before I got to play it for real, and ended up with a free 395 power amp so not a bad deal on my end...

    F-Series reliable for high gain?

Hi, I love the tone of the F-series for crust punk/D-Beat. My settings are gain 100%, tone controls in the ball park of 50%, Volume 70-80%. I have had nothing but trouble with my first F-50 which shut off at random, and now my F-100 seems to be a beast that eats through tubes. I only...

    F-50 powering off

I have had this problem a few times, when playing a gig or full volume band practice. on channel 2, with contour. Master Volume 3/4 all the way up. when the gain, goes past 12:00 the amp turns off. You have to unplug the power, unplug speaker cables and then it works for a minute or two...
