Correct. And this is exact what the Mark V does: It cuts the Delay immediately, when you disable the FX-Loop. Thats why i´d love to have the send switched off and not the return or the whole Loop.

My list would be: Midi Reverb behind the FX-Loop(!!!) CabClone FX-Switch should turn the send of or on, not the return EQ-LED should be BiColor just like the Expresses have (yellow=fader, orange=preset) Switchable Loudspeaker-Outs like in the Roadking (Clean=Speaker A / Lead=Speaker B), maybe...

The newer ones have a different Footswitch. Mine looks like this (S/N 013XXX): They came up in the time of the "little Mark Vs".

As i said, I'm absolute happy with the new amp. The old one had a defect in the power supply (this is what i have been told by my dealer after having swapped the amp for a new one)...

A little update on this: I managed to return my Amp to the Store where i bought it and get a new one in return. The new one has a slight popping noise in 10 Watt Mode but its MUCH quieter! Now i´m very happy that i swapped my 5:50+ for a Mark V... BTW, the new one has a different Footswitch...

It should be, but it isn´t. In my video, all Channel have identical wattage settings. In 10 Watt Mode, it pops, although all three Channels are set to 10 Watt. With all Channels in 45 w or 90 w, switching is quiet.

As ifailedshapes said, as long as the power amp stays clean an the cab is the same, both amps should be very close in 5 watt mode (6L6 has slightly more bass to my ears). As soon as the power amp starts to clip, both amps will differ in sound because of different sonic characteristics of the tubes.

Do you have engaged the EQ on both channels? Is it set on "Sliders" on one channel and "Preset" on the other?
