    :lol: Thanks for your reply :lol: Yes I have tried their support and they said it like the only option was to send it to them. At the time I had other issues that I ended up solving myself (the optocoupler at the MIDI input of the Triaxis is prone to failure and makes it behave erractically...

    Perform the following test: 1. Press the "Channel" key 2. Change the value from "1" to "10" Does the problem go away or happen a lot less frequently? If so, you might have a bad 6N139 MIDI optocoupler, all you have to do is replace it like I've described in my post in this thread...
