I want one, but I don't have the cash.

Guitar Center Blowing Out Stiletto Deuce / Tridents

Just as heads up to you folks. Guitar Center is blowing out the Stiletto Deuce / Tridents for $850 and $899 respectively (this is cheaper than what the majority of Stilettos are going for on eBay used). Not all Guitar Centers are taking advantage of this, but I know that in AZ, NC, and WA...

    Peavey Amp Problem?

I'd bring it in to a tech, there could always be another reason it was only $25 at a garage, besides the broken power tube... :(

    Problems with Boogie?

Keep something in mind.. Not every Mesa user is on the forum. Most mesa users don't gravitate towards internet discussion forums; people that are having trouble / looking for advice come to the internet. Think of it like this. How many phone calls do you think they get from people perfectly...

    Pickups for Ibanez 520QS

I have a JB in the bridge of my RR1T. Sounds excellent and I've never found it to be muddy. I always felt that it had a really good balance of everything.

    Tuners - Pedal form

No tone suckage from that pedal, no noticable difference between plugging right in and plugging into the pedal and then the amp. Well, I consider it to be like this... The Strobo is going to be very accurate, resulting in more time spent tuning. Yes, its easy to use on stage, but you have to...

    Jackson Fans?

I just finally got my Custom Shop King V in to the shop for a fret leveling, crowning, full setup and intonation... I just played it today for the first time since its setup with another band I'm joining and I was VERY impressed. Such a great axe. I'm not too keen on the Evolution that is loaded...

Strobo Stomp is very nice, but for readability as well as quick and easy use, I prefer the TU-2

    BBE Sonic Stomp

I don't like the BBE with Mesa Gear. Never sounds that good in person to my ear. Seems to really enhance the inexpensive amps though.

    Marshall JCM800 pricing

JCM800's are jumping up in price recently, as it seems that they've become more popular. 800-900. What's the serial # on it? And how many watts? Sounds like a 2205 or 2210, but I could be off on my guess. What condition is the head in? Tolex, knobs, metalbits. Have any mods been done to the...

    Road King Tubes...

In the "6L6" section of my amp here is what I have... 0 0 X 0 The "X" is the broken 6L6, so to replace the broken tube, I would have to replace the one in the spot just to its left (or the bolded 0). Is this correct?

    Road King Tubes...

So I did an amp trade and landed a Road King, it arrived with a shattered 6L6 (power plug nailed it during shipping). From left to right, it was the 3rd 6L6 out of the 4. I went to go snag a replacement duet for retubing, but they didn't have the exact Mesa Tubes STR 430's that are already...
