That's a Überschall revision 2. And I would have to agree with Dom, the ecstasy which is bogners most fully featured amp, I believe.

The Bogner can cover all of the above with different gain and EQ settings and has the best overall cleans. The mesa gets great classic tones as well. Between the two the Bogner takes my vote but the mesa isn't far behind, its just differant. What do you mean by classy?

There are two Pre 500 Dual rectifiers on ebay (no, Im not selling them) and no one seems to be interested in them. I don't see the higher than normal prices being a factor being that I have been offered over $1800 for my pristine black faced Rev F. I thought these pre 500s fly off ebay as soon...

At the moment I'm using Winged C 6L6, JJ hand picked 12AX7s and EH 5U4GBEH (I use the diode mostly). Sounds real good. What tubes are you guys using? Do you guys have any suggestions for a great set for the metal player?
