This is good information--I plan on ordering a sextet from EuroTubes for my triple in about 2 weeks! I had the chance to try these tubes out in a Road-King in a store and it was absoloutly the money! It was exactly what Ive been missing--growl and harmonics and tightness to hold all of that...

Dude--I played a Rev 1 head through a krank cab once and it pushed more air than I have ever felt out of an amp in my life! I wasnt sure if that was the cab or the head and cab-- Maybe thats the mean difference between a solid wood cab and a ply-wood cab?? I sure wouldnt mind playing through...

Personally I would just use the 8 ohm out on your rectifier and go to the 8ohm mono jack on the cab. I dont think youll hear a difference by running 2 cables from the 8 ohm out's on your rectifier to the 2 16 ohm stereo inputs on the cab. Plus, you have to lug around 2 cables that way! :wink:
