I get a very harsh reverb washon channel 1 clean when switching from channel 2 or channel 3. Is this normal?
Lets say I'm playing on channel 2, I stop, then switch to channel 1 and I get a weird reverb wash.
I'm putting together a small Pink Floyd/ David Gilmour rig and I want a small amp (head) with great cleans. I don't care much about the drive channel. I'll be using my pedals.
I would prefer a physically small amp like the ones below and no more than 35 watts.
Which one out of those three...
I was thinking about using some "Room" reverb in the FX loop of the Royal Atlantic and have it on all the time, just a little bit of reverb.
Would you recommend using the onboard reverb of the Royal Atlantic or getting an external pedal like the TC Hall of Fame...
I am getting an annoying popping noise when switching channels only with the footswitch.
I recorded a video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nJOAgFYHnyY
If you immediately switch between the channels constantly there is no noise, but then if you play clean for like 2 or 5 minutes on one channel...
I just got my Mark V and it's making a popping noise when switching channels only with the footswitch.
The weird thing is that It happens after I stay on one channel for a while. I can switch to all channels and get no pop if I do it without spending too much time in each one.
All channels in...
I've been thinking about getting a 4x12 Rectifier oversized cab. I've heard that the straight Rectifier 4x12 can get too muddy and unfocused.
Any of you use one for live or recording?
(currently own a Mesa Traditional straight 4x12)
I just got a Roadster head.
I need a 2x12 cab.
I can't decide wether to get the Roadster or Rectifier horizontal 2x12.
I'm into Alter Bridge/ Mark Tremonti so I'm looking for very nice cleans and thick and big sounding distortion.
help decide please
I want to get as close to the Rectifier tone as possible without having to use a speaker.
I want to go:
guitar - recto recording preamp output- apogee duet preamp in - computer
How does the recto preamp sound direct?
any clips?!?
I need something to record late at night. I really want the Rectifier tone, but without having to use a speaker cab.
Guitar ---> RRP ---> Apogee Duet
How does it sound? Is it worth it?
