    Help...lost my clean channel.

First of all, thanks to anyone who has any input on this. I'm currently using a standard 2x12 Lonestar and I'm pretty sure my rectifier tube went. I've had this happen before and it's a pretty tale-tell sign when you lose the 10 watt setting and 50 watt with reverb on the "tube-rectifier"...

el34s in your LSC? Different tubes for more gain?

I switched to EL34's about 4 months ago and I love it. To me, it sounds like the difference between the standard setting and the "tweed" setting. 6L6 being standard, tweed being the EL34's. As far as more gain, I bought a package set from a sight called Eurotubes.com and got his set of JJ...

    10 and 50 watt help

Screamingdaisy, you were spot on. The rectifier tube was toast. Switched to the silicon diode mode and 50 and 100 watt settings worked great. Eurotubes is sending a new JJ 5u4 rectifier and hope to have everything back in order next week. Thank so much for your help. On another note, really...

    10 and 50 watt help

Thanks again SD! I'll go home and switch the tube rectifier out with the original I just replaced. That should let me know.

Pedal for leads through clean channel

I use a BB Preamp with my Lonestar Classic as well as a Keeley modded TS-9 tubescreamer. Between the two channels of the amp and the pedal combinations, you can get a pretty wide variety of tones including some really nice saturated tones. The Keeley TS-9 has more gain than a standard...

    10 and 50 watt help

What's up everyone? This is my first post here and really hoping to get some help or insight. I've owned a LSC for about a year now, bought it used. It's worked perfectly until this week. For some reason, I'm getting nothing out of my 10 and 50 watt settings on either channel. The 100 watt...
