Won't be a problem. I have a Mark V and a Mesa 2x12. It sounds great and I've never had a problem in practice or shows. I even had a 8 string for a bit and never had a problem at any volume. Your amp is built to take it.

Check your speakers in the 2x12. Maybe they are out of phase.

I don't use the FX send but when I do turn it on it drops the volume a lot and sounds distorted if its on Channel 1. I changed the number 6 valve and it still the same. Is there another tube that could be causing this problem?

Put a compressor infront. Makes everything stick out more and sound better. It will also help with the movement alot.
