MrMarkIII - thanks for your suggestion. I had just taken the amp to a Boogie certified amp tech and he plugged the reverb wires in backwards. I reversed them it's it sounds awesome again. Thanks for your help.

I am hoping this is a simple tube issue. When I turn the reverb knob, not only is there no reverb, but the volume increases and the gain increases also. Just thought I'd check with you guys before spending the money on a new set up preamp tubes. It has been a while since I have changed them.

I've never been able to get my "record out" to work....at all. I'm using a 1/4" cable out to a board but nothing but silence. Am I missing something here?

I've had my Mark IV since 1991 and I've never had any problem carrying it by the handle.

Congratulations ona very nice Mark IV sound! I have had a Mark IVA with the Mesa 4x12 cab since 1991. Lately it doesn't sound the same (changed the tubes and everything). I don't know if it's me or the amp. Love to know how you set yours to get that tone!
