Thanks AJH! Did what you recommended--but there are absolutely no screws anywhere on the inside of the cab other than on the piece of ply that mounts the speakers/handle screws. Plus, the distance between the grill and the piece of ply the speakers are mounted near the front inside of the cab...

I recently bought a pretty beat up Recto 2x12 cabinet on the cheap with the intent of refurbishing the entire thing (grille cloth, tolex, corners, etc). Anybody have any insight on how to remove the grille cloth from the cab? I couldn't find any screws holding the cloth internally--and I haven't...

This is awesome advice. One other alternative to using a garbage bag is generic plastic wrap. This takes care of any dust/moisture/packaging peanuts issues as the individual above said. My method: Whatever preference the individual has for the tubes (leave in/take out)-->quite a few layers of...

Looking to sell my Mesa Boogie 3/4 back 1x12 cabinet. Cabinet is in great cosmestic as well as functional condition. Its been kept in my smoke-/pet-free home its entire ownership--and never gigged. Cabinet still has original Mesa tag on it. I really do love the sound this little guy puts out...
