Anyone have a hardwood Lonestar Classic?

I have 2 Lonestar classics - a AAAA Flam Maple 1x12 and the regaular 1x12. The maple sounds sweeter, bigger, more present but smoother at the same time. The flame is really beautiful.

Lone Star or Lone Star Special

To my ears the 5w setting is pure magic....overdriving just one EL-84 is alot of fun and no doubt sound huge recording. If I had to pick one with tone being the only criteria, I'd definately take the Special...but they BOTH are brilliant. They're the first Boogies I've ever really LOVED...

I just got my Lonestar 1X12 AAA Flame Maple cab combo with wicker grillin and it took about 3 months. Wellllll worth the wait. The maple cabinet gave it a sweeter tone than my standard one... 8)
