im using my 2x12 Roadking with TA30 like this...sounds great

i ve changed the V1 in my Mark V head without removing chasis...its not easy but you can get there through the back of the amp...

The roadking cab is also divided inside...

having a MV25 for somebody who has MV i dont see any advantage beside the weight/size...

for me it sounds great...you can drop it down to 15 watt too

i own the TA 30 and i can tell you that its an amazing amp...so is the Mark V...:)

did you check the EQ switch in the channels? Must be switched to EQ FS

should be fine...its a 60watt speaker...and mesa sells the combo with v30 as a option too

I do, sounds great...bigger, fuller and more 3D than with 2x12 recto vertical, still enough thump for heavy riffing..., little less focused but for my taste better... I used to run the Mark V with 4x12 recto standard, but this was too beamy and bassy, then i used only one half which was far...

for me the edge mode works better for Marshall sound...very close to 1959 super lead when i did the A/B test

I have a Mark V and TA 30, i think they complement each other very well...TA 30 is very portable, Channel 1 has that great Vox flavour and is loud enough for every situation...
