Just got a mark iii red stripe, simuclass and **** does this thing sound neutered! I had a mark iib 60/100 and that thing was LOUD and i thought for sure the mkiii would be the same. Im going out on a limb here and blame the simuclass wirering. I see some people adding a triode/pentode switch...

yeah i saw a wide variety. amperex, telefuncan, some tubes made in hungary. i wasnt sure if they were hand picked or what.

i just bought a MKIIB 1X12 combo and was wondering if anyone knew what kind of preamp tubes it takes. not the kind but more or less brand? or what came stock with it.
