I haven't played a Mark IV since getting the V. Since some people still claim the IV has a better lead channel, I'm going to check out the IV again and see what I think. I wonder if I'll come home with the IV so I can try them side by side.

I don't think I've found a setting yet on IIC+ mode where I can't improve the tone by flipping the switch to IV. (Though this may require turning the bass knob down a tad.) IIC+ just seems like a wimpy version of IV. Anyone else agree?
