Anyone know the location of the bias resistor to swap out for a bias pot on the tremoverb?

So I just got a '94 tremoverb and wanted to check the bias out because I'm considering doing a bias mod and I hook up my probe and it says 15ma and the voltage is 570.isn't that high?
