A couple of reasons. Got a Kemper Profiler (so I have the Mark IV now) but more importantly DV Mark sent me their Triple 6 amp and it's my dream tone. Sounds like a cross between a 2 channel Recto, an SLO and an Uberschall. So no need for the Recto.

Well I was never a fan of the SM57. Too much treble and the lies are almost non-existent. The e906 is like a 3D version of an SM57, and much warmer. Love the Sennheiser!

Yes it should, but the chrome knob might stick out farther due to the longer shaft. And there won't be a 'flat' to index the knob as well.

It's tape to eliminate string ring out. The guitar I have is the new Slim Line Series so the neck and body ante thinner. But their regular Hellraiser 7 strings have the identical necks as the 6 string guitars. That's actually why I like Schecter: their necks feel so **** good!
