    Sorry Timbre, it appears that the noise is back. It isn't humming but it is making short, repetitive popping noises that seem to come in sequence. This is coming through both channels and is not affected by the volume controls on the power amp.

    Ok. I changed the tube that was glowing blue with a brand new one. When I turned it on and hit stand by the new tube was now glowing blue! The sound was also still eminating from the speakers.
