1999 MK IV B channel switching and LED issue

Looks like somehow the FX loop Autoassign was switched to R2. Not sure why this would cause switching issues but it did. I switched to the middle off possition and the problem went away. Does anyone else's behave like this?

1999 MK IV B channel switching and LED issue

I have owned my 99 MKIV widebody combo for about 4 months, and I really enjoy playing it! for the past few months the loop LED has been fading in and out (no effect to the loop function). Then, Last night while I was playing the amp switched itself to R2. I figured my external switchin was the...

I was just at guitar center in west Palm Beach Florida and a guy came in to sell a bunch of stuff including two old metal grill Mesa 2x12s. I know some are searching for these. I didn't open them, but they look like EVs on the bottom. Came in with a rack mount mk iv sn below 300. The guy said it...

Thinking of downsizing from Tremoverb half stack

Just thought I would report back after having quite a few hours on the amp and 3 performances. It has definitely taken a bit of tweaking to get the sound I am looking for, but this time was well spent and has really produced a sound that I really enjoy, and I have also gotten good feedback from...

Thinking of downsizing from Tremoverb half stack

I guess what I want to know is I'm my situation where I need to downsize, is the mkiv the way to go? Should I look more at other combos like the recovery 1x12 or the PRS Archon instead? Wish I could sit down and try them all, but it doesn't look like anywhere near me sticks any of these amps.

Thinking of downsizing from Tremoverb half stack

I originally had a 2x12, but I sold it after a while because I got a really good deal on the 4x12. I have considered going back to 2x12 and I probably will if I keep the TOV. But even that is significantly larger than a 1x12 combo. For those that have owned both, what would you miss from the...

Thinking of downsizing from Tremoverb half stack

I have owned a Tremoverb for about 10 years now. It is paired with an avatar 4x12 with V30s in it. I regularly play in my church band, and although I really love how the tremoverb sounds, it's just too big to lug around or even fit on a small stage. So I mostly play it in my bedroom! I played...

    1994 Dual Rectifier Tremoverb Head

    Tremoverb Value

Hello all, I don't ever get to use my Tremoverb anymore and mostly just use a 30W practice amp. The T-verb is collecting dust at my parent's house and I am thinking of selling it. I am not sure what the going rate is for these amps anymore. Well anyway it was built in November of 1994 and has...

    Dual rectifier Tremoverb head pics

i remmember reading that the later models had more reliable LDRs, or the power source to the LDRs was less likely to screw them up or something like that.

Triple Recto: get a volume boost without using SOLO

put an EQ in the loop, it can be used to shape the sound, boost the signal to make up for losses, or be used as a very effective solo boost. fish n chips, $30, what do you have to lose?

PRS CE 24 vs PRS Custom 22

yeah it took me lie a month to finally be accepted at birdsandmoons... they are definitely slow at new memberships. but as far as your question goes, i have a CE 24 and wouldn't trade it for any other PRS based on tone/playability, i love it. that being said, if you want a more diverse sound...

    Sad But True...

im sure throwing 11s or maybe 12s will bring the tension back up, as far as i can tell, its only down a whole step. when i tune down a half step i like the feel of switching to 11s instead of 10s. you may need to raise the bridge too. raising the bridge may even make your regular gauge string...
