Thanks,..I guess my point was. Carlos never changes guitars,..and uses the same tone all night, of course varying his volume knob for different textures. But that just wouldn't work for me. I'll probably regret sending it back, but it's a lot of money for what it is.

I called Mesa and they said the same as you, I sprayed the jacks and it seems to have cleared it up....fingers crossed!! excellent sounding amp!!...I returned a King Snake to order one,...so I'm pumped to get it on gigs. Thanks!!! PMcC

Hi Guys,.. I had a friend loan me his LSC,..he explained a problem he was having regarding the efx loop. With the loop engaged running through efx,...everything is fine. With the loop engaged and nothing connected to the send / return jacks,. the amp drops out and comes back in, crackles...

I'm a little baffled about the whole combo speaker being a buzz kill on the MV amp,..I've owned tons of Marks and never found that,..yes, the combo with an extension always sounds fuller but I never noticed just bad or thin tone combo alone with the C90. I've been playing the King Snake...
