Nothing wrong with using an OD on the clean channel. Andy Timmons said in an interview once that the whole 'resolution' cd was mainly the clean channel of the stiletto with a tube driver in front. :) -Phil

That album's sick isn't it? Its been in my cd player since it came out. I can't get enough of it. I think my favorite tracks are "ties that bind", "buried alive", "blackbird", and "rise today".

Yeah I saw that video, but he's running his Bass on 10 (not 10 o clock), some mids, and barely any treble. I doubt those settings will sound good, but who knows. I'm not trying to get his exact sound, but I'd love to be in the ballpark and have that kind of heavy rhythm sound.
