I've contacted Mesa with this question and they advised to change the power tubes and phase inverter but it's still louder in 25 watt setting , so it changed anything.
What could be the culprit?

The "lead master volume "pot doesn't do what it supposed to do.The volumes on both channels can't be equally set.
Is this a common problem and is there a solution for this problem?
My Mark 3 blue stripe combo has a Black Shadow EVM 12 speaker with a power handling 0f 400 watts, is this the standard EVM or is the standard a 200 watt power handling EVM?
