When retubing 6L6 of 2.90 should I simply change them for new ones 6L6 or there's something different to do i should know ? I mean if I don't use 6L6 from mesa is there any problem in using other labels ? Or the 6L6 from mesa are "regulated" for 2.90 ? thanks ;)

Pickups are suppose to capture the harmonic field (strings vibration). I mean they don't capture audio ! Do they ? So if they don't capture audio why when strings become older there is a lost of treble ? I think I made myself clear. :shock: thanks :wink:
