    Rectifier Lineage...

Thanks Elpelotero for the link. Great looking head. Maybe you can shed some light on this, excuse my ignorance but was the chrome chassis a special run only and were the standard models black chassis only. I actually had a Dual Cal + from the late 80's that I bought new, now wished I still had...

    Rectifier Lineage...

Elpelotero, could you post some pics of your '92 DR. I recently purchased a used DR 3 Channel Recto, it sounds good though I agree with what you are talking about when referencing the tone(just a hint of fizzyness at low volumes) and I seem to be tweaking it sometimes. Was maybe thinking of...

Stiletto Stage I and II differences

Flash, I play mainly rock to heavy rock oriented type stuff and I actually went yesterday and played through the stage I again and I think that I need to check out the stage II version due to the comments of it being a little tighter, maybe even an ACE model. Stiletto Stage I and II differences

Hey guys, I know there has been some topics brought up about the differences between the Stiletto Stage I and II amps. My local store has a Stage I Duece on clearance and I really like the tone from it but they don't have a Stage II for me to compare the changes between them. Can anyone help me...

Correct MA Range for Dual Recto 6L6 to EL34 conversion

Thanks for the quick reply. I have some quads of JJ's and SED Winged C's that I wanted to see how much difference it would make from the stock 6L6's, and I'd like to save some money and not have to buy Mesa's. And luckily that happen to be within the range specified.

Correct MA Range for Dual Recto 6L6 to EL34 conversion

Thanks, but I want to run the 34's and not the 6l6's. So, as long as they are in the ballpark of 35-40ma's, is that ok along with the correct bias being selected on the switch?

Correct MA Range for Dual Recto 6L6 to EL34 conversion

Just purchased a used Mesa 3 channel Dual Rectifier head and was wanting to convert from stock 6L6's to EL34's, but I don't know the correct MA range. Anyone know? Thx
