Well my issues seems to have gone ... I've opened up, fiddling with everything and done a bit of valve moving vs other kit and haven't had the issue in 10+ hrs of playing time. The only other thing I'm doing differently is never using the stanby switch as it is pointless anyway.... Hmmm ...
