I ordered 6l6 tubes from mesa. Recieved a set of str 430's. Honestly think the 420's that were in it sounded better. Always willing to try other tubes, I'm running some tung-sol 5881's Pretty good, earlier break up. Still I would like a new set of str 420, I don't know maybe it's the number 8)

I have the Dr Z airbreak and love it. I even use it a gig level to push it over the top. Yes it changes the sound but to me not in a bad way. Hard to find but worth it.

Bought this guitar after picking it up at GC and I couldn't put it down. Great axe for the price, two buckers and a Phat neck. This plays like butter. Try one if you dare. Plays better than my LP studio.

I tried out my new airbrake at practice last night and WOW. Sounded great, plus I was able to keep the volume under control. Great product. Anybody who wonders if a recto-verb is gig worthy. Yes, Played with two drummers and barely turned up.
