Mesa Recto 2x12 cab - Excellent Condition

British V30 Celestions, 16ohm 70W each, wired in parallel for a total handling 140W at 8ohm. Owned for a few years, NEVER gigged, kept in my home studio and only brought to rehearsal a handful of times. No nicks, scratches, or blemishes that I can report/disclose. There is a minimal amount of...

    Mullard Experts?

I'd not say these have any special value over any other I61 or later much more common I63. Mullard short-plates I'd say go on Ebay for $50-$100... depending on their use/testing values/box etc.

FS: Mesa 2x12 cab 3/4 back with Black Shadows MINTY

I appreciate your questioning, I stand behind my claim that Mesa did. However, I guess I may be getting senile and be totally mistaken. Triaxis tube options and tones

Tubes do change the pre-amp sound, but as some have said, in a very subtle and difficult to hear (or perceive, I may say) way. You have to be very discerning to really appreciate the difference between "good today's" tubes and supposedly higher end NOS type of tubes. But I would adventure to say...

    Unknown switch on 20/20

Ground lift. There should be a tiny sticker affixed by the switch. Unless you have specific ground loop issues (an annoying 60Hz noise in your audio signal), you should leave it in the ground position, not lifted.
