i took home a recto 212 and it sounded too harsh ( on the orange rockerverb that i had running into it ) i found the orange 212 used, snagged it, and returned the orange head for the mark.. i love the cab.. its so smooth on the high end, and it sounds huge

i've never heard any noise on my clean channel, but i'll check tomorrow.. i use the amp at gigging volume, but would never need to crank it.. the loudest i've had it was for recording, and i didn't hear any noise on the clean channel.. i'll post back here when i get a chance tomorrow

Yup, the one in the video is an S4, HSS setup, I have an S3 as well that is SSS.. Sick guitars!! Congrats on the buy of the MKV Combo.. It would look so slick to have a mkv combo sitting beside my lonestar special :S I'm a huge fan of open-back 112's.. Are you in Monkeytown?
